JOB-RELATED PHYSICALS AND TREATMENT PROGRAMS:

We invite you to set up an account for your company for physical examinations to be billed monthly.  Other services we can provide to you include:

• Pre-employment physicals including vision testing, spirometry, audiometry, EKG, lab, and or/drug screening
• DOT physical exams, and DOT approved drug screening and breath alcohol testing
• Baseline testing for employees with potential exposure to noise, dust, or hazardous chemicals
• Extensive back exams for workers with strenuous job requirements
• Executive physical exams

TAILORED PROGRAMS FOR YOUR COMPANY:

We can also provide special medical examination and treatment programs that are tailored to fit the individual needs of your company. We invite your inquiry about these special programs.
